End of life tyres are shipped overseas daily for further processing by Pyrolysis. Tyre pyrolysis is the process of converting waste tyres into industrial fuels like tyre pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire and hydrocarbon gas.

With Tyre Stewardship Australia stringently policing the end of life tyre industry we are committed to ensuring all end of life tyres we export are only sent to countries accredited by Tyre Stewardship Australia.
